I absolutely loved my purchase and think you did a wonderful job creating it. It is both attractive and motivating, especially for encouraging people to save money. I would rate the product itself five out of five stars; however, I am rating my overall experience four stars because I reached out twice with questions about my order and never received a response.
The lack of communication was disappointing, especially since I placed an order totaling more than $70 for this binder. I expected a response when I had questions, particularly because I had planned to continue shopping at your store.
Despite this, I truly appreciate the creativity and care you put into your creations.
